How can I keep mozilla from preventing me from logging in to my "nonsecure" printer? I really don't need to keep my printer settings/password secret!

I have a printer that has a web interface. Up until today I would go to the ip address and Mozilla would fill in the login and password login: 1234 password:password. It's not secret I don't care if everyone in the whole damn world knows it, I don't care if everyone finds out how my printer is configured either. I'M AWARE OF THE "RISKS" AND DONT CARE, BUT today instead of filling in my login and password I get a security warning, I have to manually type in my login and password (again 1234 and password it's all yours!) and IT WONT LET ME LOG IN! It works fine on Chrome, but I simply cannot use mozilla to log in to my printer. Mozilla has become not usable for what I need it for. It is no longer a useful web browser to me. I don't see an easy way to turn off this invasive, stupid, protect-me-from-myself, big brother warning.

Is there one?

For the benefit of other readers of this thread There is a possibility others may access such a printer, and at the very least that could result in wasting print consumable, so it may be prudent to consider ensuring printer credentials are not set to default and are not known by others. There is also the potentially other risks once devices are controlled by bad actors, but as you say you are aware of the risks.

I would have expected that even if Firefox is generating a warning it should allow you to log in. Firefox should be able to remember the credentials for you and just clicking alongside but outside the warning should dismiss it.
