After opening an email allegedly from FedEx it appears that all of my files have become TOR encrypted - whatever TOR is - help!!!!

I can't open any files - they have all been renamed with file suffixes of OSIRIS - apparently my PC has been infected by something called TOR; I hesitate to follow any instructions provided by this TOR thing to obtain encryption keys - don't know what that does or accomplishes. HELP!!!!

hi joebe70, sorry but that sounds like you fell victim for a cryptolocker virus. this is not related to firefox in particular, so we won't be set up to help you with this problem here in the mozilla support forum. please refer to other resources like https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/cryptolocker-ransomware-information about such an issue. thank you for your understanding!
