Have Windows 10 for about a year now. Was installing an update about a month ago and the update got interrupted. Ever since then, my computer freezes up. Mouse freezes - cannot move it. Cannot get out of any program in which I am working. Tried Ctrl/Alt/Delete MANY times, but does not help. Often happens with Thunderbird open. I must turn off computer, wait 10 seconds and turn on again. It takes a LONG time to reboot after these episodes which occur 3-4 times a day. Help please.

Sorry, but your issue is with Windows not Thunderbird. This support forum is for Thunderbird.

I recommend that you pay a computer tech to figure out what is wrong with Windows.
