I have four distribution lists in Yahoo Mail that I use on twice weekly basis. I see how one can load the contact file from Yahoo into Thunderbird, but am not seeing if anyway to get the distribution lists loaded.

Do I have to reenter by hand? If so, that does not make sense. If one can load contacts, then one should be able to load distribution lists. Have I missed something in the doc?

Please advise...

I'd copy-and-paste the addresses into a new address book, or an existing address book, then (if useful or convenient) add them to Thunderbird's variant of the distribution list, i.e. a Mailing List.
