Family member sent an attachment which turned out to be a windat file, which I believe is set up in RichText. This caused gentle confusion; I distorted Thunderbird, have re-established operation except that most incoming material from sites has lines of blue computer code.This obviously has potential to cause me stress !! How does one deal with this, and restore my temperament ? Wanted: an understanding ear !
