So, this pop-up was randomly displayed in a new tab in my Firefox browser a moment ago. After an extensive scan of my system using Windows Defender and Malwarebyte's Premium, I found nothing. Upon further investigation into this popup, I've found it to be unique in the fact that I failed to find anyone else exhibiting a similar URL and pop-up method. Any ideas on how to find the source/remove whatever is causing this popup?

Additional note: I've been reading into potential sources and apparently 'The Moon Virus/Worm' could be a potential cause. However, my router is a NetGear and is apparently patched to the latest firmware.

Hi! 1. Use FRST Click! Use it like here 2. Give me logs from it (If you don't know how use any hosting)

I think the issue is from my router. I'm a fairly safe browser, so, I don't think these logs are necessary.

I wanted to check your DNS with that.

///Edit AdwCleaner is finding bad DNS so let's try Click!

I just noticed, I have the NetGear DGN1000v3-3DDAUS router and it's firmware is: 1.0.0.1_0.0.24AU. However, according to the official NetGear site, the latest firmware patch is: 1.0.0.22.

Whenever I check the Update Firmware button on my router, is says it's the latest version. Any thoughts?

Are they good? (If no change them to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 or router default)
