My signature does not stay available the next day when I try to switch signatures?

I recently added an additional signature to our account. It works fine all day when I am sending emails but I can't seem to use it the next day (I have to set the whole thing up again). When I click to switch signatures, my signature is there but it is a light grey colour and I can not click on it to use?
