Why doesn't Roboform2Go work since new Firefox undate?
Every time is update Firefox (which happens every 2 weeks or so), the ability to use Roboform2Go on a flash drive gets broken. Sometimes updating Roboform2Go fixes this, but usually not. Sometimes reverting to an older version of Firefox works, but then I am constantly encouraged to update to the latest version. Today Firefox v 37.0.2 was working with Roboform2Go v 7-9-12-2, and then suddenly crashed. When I restarted Firefox, the Roboform2Go toolbar was gone. When I ejected and restarted Roboform2Go, the toolbar was still gone. When I shut down and restarted the PC and the restarted Firefox & Robofmr2Go, still no toolbar. I like Firefox, but I can't live with Roboform2Go. Can't Firefox learn to play nicely with Roboform2Go?

I'm not seeing Roboform in the System Details list, either as enabled or as disabled, so it looks that Firefox doesn't find the extension. I don't know if the extension is installed globally and normally found by Firefox via a registry scan or that the extension is installed in the Firefox profile folder. If the extension is found via a registry scan then it sounds that this registry key is missing.
Did you try to uninstall and reinstall Roboform?
It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
Delete the extensions.* files (e.g. extensions.json, extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.
New files will be created when required.
See "Corrupt extension files":
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Unable+to+install+add-ons
If you see disabled or not compatible extensions in "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left end of the Search bar to check if there is a compatibility update available.
If this hasn't helped then also delete possible addons.json and addons.sqlite files.
Try to reset the browser.uiCustomization.state pref via the right-click context menu to the default value. You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
You can try to rename (or delete) the xulstore.json file in the Firefox profile folder. You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)

Are you using the Beta Firefox, or the normal FF?
Have you contacted Roboform support?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
I am using the normal Firefox (not the beta). I have contacted Roboform support, but they have not been able to solve the problem. I tried opening Firefox in safe mode, but that didn't solve the problem either.

Thanks to all who posted help here. I have resolved the issue, by updating to the latest version of Roboform2Go, v 7-9-13-5. With this version of Roboform2Go, the Roboform Toolbar displays in the Firefox 37.0.2.
That was very good work. Well Done. Please flag your last post as Solved Problem so others will know.
