I am running Firefox 35.0 and a couple days ago I installed the latest recommended security update. After the install I can no longer get Flash to activate when I click on the "Activate Adobe Flash" icon.

Try updating to the latest version of flash. https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Does this always happen or only on certain websites?
