How to solve my outgoing email, I cannot send out the email but I can receive it.

I have tried using other browser, I can send and receive emails, but when I use thunderbird to send email, it cannot be send and only receive.

In thunderbird, it prompt me saying my outgoing email is classified as spam etc.

How to solve this? This is the error message as shown below

Thanks, I have just solve the problem.

I change (click from the dropbox column) the settings of smtp outgoing server in thunderbird, now it works.

Shall monitor it again.
