Hi there,

it is very slow, slow. Sometimes it chrashes or it stops or it does not react at all. I reset it twice but no change at all. You tube videos are slower than the voices and sometimes it jumps some frames.

I like firefox but It bothers me that it does not work. Thanks a lot for your help !

In the address bar, type about:crashes. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

If you still have problems;

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration. Then check ALL of your settings; Browser and add-ons.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?. Then restart.

Posting advice to disable HWA, which will slow down Firefox, isn't helpful in a thread that is about Firefox running slow unless you know that HWA is the problem...
