Open your profile folder and change the read permissions for the system by right clicking and selecting Properties.

The error says that the health report does not exist and those are stored in the profile. You can try to create a new profile Luo ja poista Firefoxin profiileja profiilien hallinnalla as well to test if its a profile issue or a build issue.

A clean reinstall may be best with a new profile, is this only the Finnish build?
