Firefox screen is black.
When I open Firefox, the tool bar shows up but the rest of the screen is black.
I've restarted Firefox and my computer. I uninstalled and then re-installed. I ran Malwarebytes and AVG, but they didn't detect anything.
Even though I can't see anything, I was able to copy and paste the crash report. See below.

Those are IDs of old crash reports that also do not seem to have been submitted.
You can use one of these to start Firefox in Safe Mode:
- On Windows, hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox with a double-click on the Firefox desktop shortcut
- On Mac, hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
- Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

I went into Firefox in Safe Mode and disabled addons and plugins that I didn't recognize. Then restarted Firefox and it worked. Thanks!
