Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete this is verbatim It has never happened before

We have the same issue. Ours is a little out of the ordinary in that we have a web application that renders pages based on a configuration from a database so the same page "name" is being created over and over again as our users work their way through our surveys.
Is there a method, on the server side of things, that can be done to stop this error from appearing? We have tried a couple of experiments like alternating the page title, redirecting between two different pages but FF still thinks it is seeing the same page over and over again.
We would very much like to be able to support FF for our clients and their clients (the ones who take our surveys) and this is a critical issue right now for some of our global clients.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I solved this and other problems by completely deleting Firefox including personal addons etc and re-installing them, it was faster in the long run to do that
