I have tried every solution I can find on the web. The McAfee Webadvisor is nowhere to be found in programs, in settings, even when I look at services. I've tried the block popup solution but I'm still getting them. Anyone have any other ideas? These things are driving me nuts and away from using Firefox because i can't get rid of them and they only show up when I use Firefox. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

You can check if you have a Push permission for suspect domain(s) like shown at the bottom of the message and revoke this permission. See "How do I revoke Web Push permissions for a specific site?":

If these are small popups on bottom right corner in Firefox windows then I agree this sounds like web push notifications. Unfortunately some sites you have allowed to send you notifications may send you fake virus alerts or even fake McAfee virus alerts.
