How to add a copied local folder from one computer to another?

I have a folder with the sbd extension copied to a pendrive.

I placed it in the location: C:\Users\............\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\..........\Mail\Local Folders. However, when I opened Thunderbird, it did not add itself to the local folders

Do I need to force synchronization in some way?

Thunderbird version 128.4.3esr (64-Bit): I followed the instructions (tools > export for mobile), but no accounts are shown to be exported to my Android mobile. Following the support link there, I do not see why my account is configured in a way that is not supported by Thunderbird for Android. On my earlier mobile, this account could be used.

I am getting a message I do not see being referenced here. TB is telling me:

"The current command did not succeed. The mail server for account [email protected] responded: User is authenticated but not connected."

Authenticated but not connected? What the heck?

I have talked to godaddy support several times. They keep saying "You will have to contact the email provider." But they are the email provider. So, any suggestions?

My account is [email protected], I am trying to connect to outlook.office365.com and I have the security and authentication all, I believe, set correctly.

bonjour je souhaitais transferer mails orange vers thnderbird l 'operation avait bien commencé mais thunder n'importait qu' une adresse mail orange imap le seconde ne voyant rien venir j'ai en imap j'ai choisi pop et la catastrophe ! thunder me redemande un nouveau mot de passe en permanence pour pop de guerre lasse j'ai tout supprimer de mon pc windows 10 mais à chaque fois que le veux le réinstaller, meme blocage et je n'ai plus rien

Ok we can do copy and paste every morning but it will be great if there is a way to fix it.

I have Thunderbird 128.4.2 (32 bit) on Windows 10 Home (64 bit). I want to add a second email account. To do this, I used File> New> Email Account. I entered the email address and password. TB found and entered a server configuration. The new email address appears in the Folder List but has only an Inbox folder after it. The other folders (Sent, Junk, Trash) are missing. Test messages show the new address in TB will send a message correctly except it hangs trying to save the sent message. The new address is unable to receive a message. Please advise how to get the new email account (outlook.com) set up in Thunderbird. Thank you.
