why can't I send emails to .com email addresses?

When I try to email a .com address the following warning fires back. I can receive emails from this address but not reply to them either

It happen only to that particular email id or all email id's ?

Are you using proxy settings?

which version of Thunderbird are you using?

Try in Thunderbird safemode
