When filling out a form, or trying to submit an answer, the icon for send, next, submit, etc does NOT show up on my screen. Sometimes I can search with mouse and find the hourglass, but not often. This has been going on for two years, thru various releases of firefox. HELP! I DO SEE the 'post question' at bottom below???

Kind of vague - no example page provided, so here's a wild guess.

If those icons are images maybe you inadvertently blocked those images?

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

Looks as if I am not providing a clear description of the problem. I have had this problem since Win7. Can not use IE because it will Not redirect. Using Win7, firefox 8.0.1_____ Example: If I enter data, for example, to sign up for a web offering....after all the info is entered, there SHOULD be an icon foe 'next', 'send', or someplace to transmit the info,,,,it is missing! Sometimes I can search with the curser over blank space and find a spot where the hourglass appears...Click and it will work??????? Example 2: This response has 'post reply' at the bottom....no problem, it works...Why the other examples exist????

Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).

Did you check the settings that I posted above?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
