more options

Started today ( 7/25/18). Running WIndows 10 Enterprise N 2016 LTSB.

Had no issues till today, after MSFT patches were applied. Chrome works. Firefox does not. Search Engine is Google.

Message: An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. You have received an invalid certificate. Please contact the server administrator or email correspondent and give them the following information: Your certificate contains the same serial number as another certificate issued by the certificate authority. Please get a new certificate containing a unique serial number. Error code: SEC_ERROR_REUSED_ISSUER_AND_SERIAL

If search engine is changed to DuckDuckGo or Bing everything works

Did the Windows patches affect your Firefox data or are you continuing with the same profile you were using before?

You could try renaming cert9.db and, if you have it, cert8.db. This article has the steps for that: What do the security warning codes mean?

Any difference?
