"You may not have the appropriate permissions" blocks everything.
Whenever I click on the Mozilla Firefox icon, I get a message saying The item referred to on this shortcut cannot be accessed. You may not have the appropriate permissions. When I tried to uninstall Firefox I got the same message about permissions.
