Cant send E-mails using earthlink since Version 54 downloaded
Once Version 54 was downloaded I am no longer able to send e-mails from my earthlink e-mail account. I can receive e-mails but when I press send all I get is a gray bar. This started non 6/13 . I can send e-mails on my IE account but I really need to use the firefox account. I deleated the firefox account and reloaded it with no change . I also tried the safe mode and still no results. Earthlink support says that it is a Firefox issue.

Sorry, this is indeed a known incompatibility between Earthlink Webmail and Firefox 54. Starting in Firefox 54, a particular scripting and site design pattern is considered invalid, which apparently is used in Earthlink's webmail site. Mozilla has reached out to Earthlink to try to get their site updated.

Hopefully Earthlink will fix it on their end soon because there is no known workaround within Firefox 54 at the moment. Until then, you can keep using IE for Earthlink. If IE performs poorly on the site, you also could consider: Install an older version of Firefox.
