why are my emails coming back undeliverable only in mozilla but not in webmail (this also means i cannot send emails on my phone either)
i cannot send emails from mozilla now i am getting errors such as this The reason for the problem: 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 554-'5.7.1 Service unavailable; [216.221.81.70] DNSBL blocked, reason:http://dnsbl.invaluement.com/lookup/?item=216.221.81.70'
and that means i cannot send on my phone or ipad since my emails are connected but i can send via webmail

The error is from your providers SMTP server. Web mail does not use that server. Thunderbird does not run on phones or tablets. Simple deduction says this is not a Thunderbird issue.
Contact your provider and tell them the error you are getting. Clicking the link indicates that you provider is blacklisted due to spam or other inappropriate content.
