I deleted a email folder by mistake - how can I recover it?

I accidentally deleted a folder with emails and with 20 or 30 sub folders with emails from my inbox!

Desperately need to reinstate this folder.

Silly Me - I found the folder in the trash in Thunderbird - dragged it back into the inbox.
