I have a Alcatel One Touch phone, I created a Firefox acct and verified my email.... Still there is a problem it won't do it.

Is it because my OS on computer is XP?

Hi Delie, Not that I know of, however there is a way to check if the account is on the same sync version. In the Android account menu, are you seeing any errors in the sync details or "Firefox Sync deprecated"?
