I'm very confused.

I need help with the login to support my sync account.

Evidently there are three logins associated with FireFox and Mozilla. 1. Account Sync 2. Support 3. Forums

Obviously my Support login is working.

I CAN'T login to the SYNC account via the browser. It shows me the correct email address. I asked it to send me a new password. No email every comes.

may be you must clean up your cookies and cache, then restart your browser application. Try again
