all the letters in a word are not displaying

the problem is only with firefox remaining browsers are working properly the font we are using is Populaire font

For example : "More Passion"-exact word 

                       "ore assn" - this is the displayed word in firefox

all the words using this font are displaying like this only certain letter are displayed not all

Try reinstalling the font. Maybe it was corrupted.

That font is loaded from the website via @font-face, so reinstalling wouldn't help.

No problems here with that font on Linux.
That font doesn't seem to differentiate between lower case and uppercase.

That "Populaire" font should show like this:
