i can't read the whole passage someone sent me. when i tried to zoom , there was no choice of zoom size.

please help with the choice of zoom percentage-that means i hope to be able to choose zooming from say 10% to 150% so that i can read my e-mails in full. i just encountered this problem of not being able to read the full content of my e-mails and it's very frustrating.
