I do not want a search entry remain/re-appear. How do I delete or set-up this to not to show
When I enter an item on Google search, I do not want it remembered. I do not want previous search entries to re-appear when I start entering a new search item in the google search box. How can I set-up up this not to happen or how do I delete a previous entry if I really do not want it to automatically pop-up as I enter a new search?

To clear the entries that have already been saved:
- In the Tools menu select "Clear Recent History".
- If the details are not shown click on the down arrow to show details
- In the list only select "Form & Search History"
- Set the time range is set to Everything then click Clear Now.
To stop Firefox remembering form and search history:
- In the Tools menu select Options to open the options dialog
- Select the Privacy panel
- Make sure the drop down box "Firefox will" is set to "Use custom settings for history"
- Uncheck the setting "Remember search and form history"
