When I click on the Mozilla Firefox icon a grey rectangular box pops up that says: "We're sorry, Firefox had a problem and crashed. We'll try to restore your windows and tabs when it restarts. To help us diagnose the problem please send us a crash report." Then it gives you the option to Restart Firefox or Quit Firefox but the restart one doesn't work. What can I do? This is what it's installed under: C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox I don't know if it's the file location or something but all I know is that every time I restart it the same grey box pops up and if I quit it then nothing happens. I'm at a loss right now. Whatever information you need please let me know. Thanks.
