My address bar, my File, Edit, and Tools headings are also gone, how can i fix it?
The address bar, File, Edit, Tools, etc. are gone, how can i get them back? Almost EVERYTHING is gone.

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar and the Navigation bar, so they have a check-mark.
