Incorrect <tab> destination in composing new message
When composing a new message, I've noticed that pressing <TAB> doesn't always take you to the top of the email message. Sometimes it takes you to the end of your signature. It happens when I change the "From" identity.
Steps to reproduce: Begin new message by clicking "Write." Change "From" field to an identity that has a signature. Press <TAB> to move cursor from "To" field to "Subject" field. Press <TAB> again to move cursor to message pane.
Expected behavior: Cursor appears at beginning of message, above signature.
Observed behavior: Cursor appears at END of message, BELOW signature.
