after refereshing firefox hanging webpage is fixed only to return
Having a problem with one particular webpage. Have deleted an DNS unlocker from my programs, run malwarebytes to remove a pup, run firefox in safe mode which is fine, and refreshed firefox, which then works ok only for a couple of browsing sessions before the problem returns. The problem being, the page hangs and then becomes unresponsive, but only on this website. Have successfully done this twice but the problem still returns. My operating system is windows 7.

What is the site address of the problem?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
The site is hl.co.uk. The site is accessed fine when running in safe mode. If I run firefox in its normal state it will probably run ok for 2/3 sessions and then become unresponsive again. Same problem with chrome but not internet explorer.
It could be the work of one of your add-ons. Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac=<Command>)<Shift> A)
In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Disable a few add-ons, then Restart Firefox.
Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
If the problem continues, disable some more (restarting FF). Continue until the problem is gone. After, you know what group is causing the issue. Re-enable the last group ONE AT A TIME (restarting FF) until the problem returns.
Once you think you found the problem, disable that and re-enable all the others, then restart again. Let us know who the suspect is detective.
triedall of that. No add ons, only 5 plug ins. Open H264 video codec, Primetime content description module, Adobe acrobat and shockwave flash plus Silverlight. Whenever I leave safe mode it will struggle connecting to hl.co.uk with anyone of those re-instated so probably not plug ins or add ons.
Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar. Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.
Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open the Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac=<Command>) <Shift> A)
On the left side of the page, select Appearance. Then select Default.
Now restart Firefox.
Sorry still not working. I have a feeling it might have something to do with this DNS unlocker which I must have found and removed at least 5-6 times only for it to return.

You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
