if I reset it will I lose my norton tool bar?
I am having a problem with Firefox running slow and if I reset it will I lose my Norton tool bar which I do not want to lose as it helps me with safe search?

That Norton toolbar extension should reinstall itself the next time Windows is opened or when Windows is re-booted from the current session.
