Hi Firefox Community,
I am encountering an issue with my website, https://dogumgunumesaji.org/, when using the Firefox browser. The site functions perfectly on other browsers such as Chrome, Edge, and Safari. However, on Firefox, it either loads inconsistently or fails to load entirely.
To address this problem, I cleared the browser’s cache and cookies, disabled all extensions, and even tested the site on multiple devices running Firefox. Despite these efforts, the issue persists, indicating that it may be specific to Firefox rather than a device-related problem.
I am reaching out to the community for suggestions or troubleshooting steps that could resolve this issue. Are there any known Firefox settings or compatibility concerns that might be causing this behavior? Could a recent update to the browser be contributing to this problem?
Any assistance or insights into resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support!

There used to be a way to add a web site as a shortcut to the Home page by dragging the link and dropping it somewhere. Those instructions seem to have disappeared. One of the sites I had pinned to the Home page has changed. I can remove the old link (tile), but how do I add the new link as a tile? The help articles no longer provide any information about how to do this. Just "pinning' the page adds it to the toolbar, where I don't want it, but does not add it to the Home page. Do I have to just close and open that site a bunch of times in order to get it to appear???? There should be a more sensible way.

I have two instances of two different profiles (lets call them profile A and profile B) of Firefox running simultaneously. When I click on a link in another application (for example a link in Thunderbird) the Firefox instance I started last will open up the link. This can be profile A or profile B, whichever I started later. However, I would like links to be open in the instance of profile A at all times. How can I do this without making sure profile A is started after profile B? Previously I could achieve this using the -no-remote command line option. This option has been removed from the latest Firefox version.

I have had problems with virus programs and repairs. First I got blue screen took it to Best Buy they totally screwed it up. When I got it back they lost my D drive and totally changed the personally of the computer. I could not longer access Firefox with the code and they lost all my bookmarks. I managed to get some of the bookmarks with an older version of Firefox however, I want to use a newer version but apparently I can't take my bookmarks with me in addition I have an old Firefox file on my C drive but can't copy bookmarks without losing the bookmarks I already have installed. To try and put it simply, I want to go to new version of Firefox and take both sets of my bookmarks

Another question about FireFox. I believe I have everything set correctly, please see attachment, but FireFox is not asking me to save my sign in credentials for my Apple account. It was working two days ago when I had to count on it remembering those credentials from over 2 years ago in order to change my password. After changing it I have signed in a few times to get it to remember my new password but it isn't asking me. Any idea why and how I can correct it?

As a hardcore Firefox fan, I've recently noticed an issue with video playback on Facebook. When I play a video on Facebook, it freezes after a few seconds, but the audio continues playing. The same issue occurs on YouTube as well. I already have H264ify installed and have tried all the solutions available on the internet. What should I do?
Here are my specifications: Firefox 132.0.2, Windows 10 (64-bit), 8 GB RAM.

What is this window called? When this window started popping up a couple of months ago, I noticed a couple of odd things happening on a website I go to. It would not let me pay them. It would look like it was going to then a white screen would pop up ans say" if you see this window then you ...........". I then have to pay on the phone or chrome. I have whitelisted the site but still does it.

Normally, if I were to close a tab while using a regular Firefox window, I could use the Ctrl+Shift+T hotkey to bring that tab back again. However, if I do so right now (for example, Wikipedia's Mozilla article), I will not bring that page back but instead an older, longer-closed tab from some days ago. I can keep trying to close and reopen tabs, or just keep reopening tabs, and I will continue to dig up older and older tabs from longer and longer ago.
Is this a known issue, what might have changed that behavior, and how do I restore the expected functionality of tabs correctly being reopened in the reverse order that they were closed?

Hi ! I am using the latest firefox on win11 (latest updates). Since approx 2-3 days whenever I try to comment on youtube or edit an existing comment I cannot see what I am typing. I can still type and commit, the comment will appear and I it will contain what I typed. But when doing it initially it is invisble to me. If I reply to a comment I can see what I type.
Below 1st image shows a comment box I am actively typing in. Everything is invisible.
2nd image shows when I open a reply, you can clearly see the prompt and when I start typing it shows my input

When Firefox loads a web site such as TicTok.com, the site instantly plays the very first video that loads. Now this sure sounds like there would be a very simple solution for this problem and the solution should be built right into Firefox's settings... right? Let's see here...
Settings\Privacy & Security\Permissions\Autoplay {pop-up window} Default for all sites: [Allow Audio and Video]
Block Audio Block Audio and Video
Website Listbox: Status: about:welcome^privateBrowsingId=1 [Allow Audio and Video] about:welcome [Allow Audio and Video]
*the two dropdownboxes in this list have the same options as the 'all sites' dropdownbox.
So with these settings I certainly can block every website from autoplaying any audio or I can block every website from autoplaying any audio AND video. However these settings do not provide a "Block Video" only option. Why would anyone want that? Well because of the way sites like TicTok actually behave when Block Audio and Video is set. When Block Audio and Video is set, the user will have to press play on the video AND then press unmute. The user should be able to prevent the video playback when the website loads, and when the user presses play the audio should just start working without need for pressing unmute. This however, is only annoyance issue.
There is a real functionality issue as well. When looking at the Website Listbox, this component is essentially useless. The developers didn't even need to include the two "about:welcome" entries. They won't ever do anything unless Mozilla decides to add Audio/video to their welcome page (probably not happening). So the user can safely delete those two entries, but here is where it gets interesting. Once deleted, the user can not put them back. In fact, the user cannot enter ANYTHING into this listbox (why?). The only thing we can do is Remove All Websites.
What does this mean for the user? It means that I am relegated to either simply dealing with obnoxious websites and their autoplayed videos. Or I can set it so every website is blocked from autoplaying Audio and Video, but if I do that then I will have to unmute videos before clicking play. The presence of the Website Listbox sure does suggest that the user should be able to add websites, thereby creating a customized list of sites which should or shouldn't have autoplay permissions. To be quite honest, this part of Firefox seems incomplete and I hope it will see some attention soon.
