after PC booting to windows screen then Firefox has stopped working, but I didn't open Firefox. I checked the error message and see " update.exe_Firefox " in the application name that has some problem. Hello jobzaa, sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Thank you for your kindly help. I think it not about the malware becuase I have Kaspersky antivirus and updated every day.

You should still scan the computer with all those programs. A likely cause for BEX errors is malware.
