no 10 dawning street is the uk priminister office and all people have a right to contact no 10, you come up with message saying its not secure conection and tey and block it,
do you give out same message when someone wants to contact the white house.

Is it just the one site or all https:// urls?
It may not actually be the site or the Firefox web browser but due to your antivirus client. Some antivirus clients tries to help help keep you safe by inserting its own certificate and and can instead cause secure connection issues and people blame insert version of Firefox instead.
