Firefox crashes
Okay, so when I type about:crashes into the address bar, I get About Throttling report which has no information.
So now what?

That are hangs in the Shockwave Flash plugin:
- Process Type plugin Shockwave Flash Version: 21.0.0.213 Filename: NPSWF32_21_0_0_213.dll
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and hardware acceleration in Firefox and try this:
- make sure you have the latest Flash version:
http://www.adobe.com/special/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html - check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Windows Vista and later)
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/adobe-flash-protected-mode-firefox - disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html - disable hardware acceleration in Firefox

Click on each UN-submitted report to submit each one.
what do I do with reports? Or are they automatically submitted when I click on them?
If you have too many crashes with the same signature then the reports are throttled and not send to the server to avoid overloading the crash server. You would have to look for older reports to find one that wasn't throttled.
If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that start with "bp-".
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the report ID of recent crash reports on the "Help > Troubleshooting Information" page (about:support).
- click the "All Crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.
Alternatively you can open about:crashes via the location/address bar.

If a line on the about:crashes page doesn't start with "bp-" then click the line to submit the report and the link will be updated and gets a "bp-" prefix if the report is submitted successfully. Please do not add the "bp-" prefix yourself.
Try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to see if that has effect.
- Windows: hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox
- Mac: hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
WHERE do I post or send the reports????

Do you have any crash reports that start with a "bp-" prefix?
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can paste such crash report IDs to a reply on this question page.
