passwords not showing up
Ok a couple of days ago I had to do a refresh on firefox has I was getting very slow speeds with a lot of sites, which actually fixed the problem but now iv got a bigger problem that is now firefox will NEVER remember none of my passwords, and I don't even get the box asking would I like to save passwords.
Iv check all the settings ie Private browsing is set to off / Remember log in sites is checked, made sure that clear settings was all turned off when shutting off FireFox ect ect, and even when i open up the saved logins tab the box is blank, tried to import saved passwords from MS + Chrome ( not at the same time ) it tells me that its done but still nothing shows up and still doesn't remember any passwords when logging in to sites.
I don't have any other password mangers on my system so there is no conflicts at all, everything was working fine apart from slow surfing before I done this refresh

In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.
Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

Separate Issue; Your System Details shows;
Installed Plug-ins
Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0
Shockwave Flash 16.0 r0
Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac
Then reinstall the latest version.
Flash Player Version 20.0.0.267
https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
Note: Windows users should download the ‘’’active_x’’’ for “Internet Explorer,”
and the ‘’’plugin’’’ for “Plugin-based browsers” (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the ’’’plugin’’’ only. Not the ’’’active_x’’’.
Adobe still offers Flash 18.0.0.268 as its extended support release further down
You can try to copy the logins.json and key3.db files from the "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop to the current profile folder while Firefox is closed.
You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
If that doesn't work then you need to remove both logins.json and key3.db files and you lose all stored passwords.

Did not work,
What did not work?
Well im at a total lose now tried all of the above and nothing worked still cant see any stored passwords in the security / saved logins? I have now just uninstalled firefox and reinstalled and its still not asking me to save passwords / or showing any in the saved login's "after importing them.
Guess i will for now just use MS Edge / Chrome both of which are working fine with logins info?? shame.
Maybe something else is stopping it from working? Anti Virus = Avast premier / Max Spyware Detector altho this was working fine before i done the refresh on FF
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Is the problem still there?
