When i'm on a page and I want to bookmark it I right-click and choose "Bookmark this page" and then the dialog box shows where you see 5 of your folders to where you can place the page. This dialog box doesn't show up since upgrading to FF13

Hi,

Please check if this happens in Safe Mode. Safe mode disables the installed Extensions, and themes (Appearance) in Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons. Hardware acceleration is also temporarily disabled - the manual setting is Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Use hardware acceleration when available. All these settings/options/add-ons can also be individually or collectively disabled/enabled/changed in Firefox normal mode to check if an extension, theme, option or hardware acceleration is causing issues. Disabling/enabling hardware acceleration, and some types of add-ons in normal mode may require a Firefox restart.

If the problem persists you can also try a new profile. If the new profile is okay, you can then Reset Firefox on the old (previous) profile via Help > Troubleshooting Information.

Thanks dum, I'll give this a shot later. I was wondering if this feature was removed from FF13. Can you right-click and and see the dialog box when you choose "Bookmark page", just want to make sure other people have or don't have this option.

Yes, it's the same dialog box with the folders pane, as in the previous version.

Thanks for all your help. It was an extension causing the conflict, "Compact Menu 2". It's disabled and the dialog box is back. :)
