BUG: Menu or Popup Menu in Bookmarks toolbar don't work properly when ff is put in second monitor. it just disappears quickly when popup, so it must be a bug for FF.
Win7 X64, FF 9.0.1 To repro you need two monitors:
- Open FF
- Move FF to second monitor
- Click 'Alt + F' to show file menu, it will disappear very quickly.
- The same as Folder(s) in Bookmarks Toolbar

Try to disable hardware acceleration.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

Thanks. It's solved by your suggestion, but it works fine in my primary monitor, only occurs in second monitor, here's my HW info:
