Can can I move my tools bars up or down, change or order?
I have Norton Tool Bar below my Linked favorites. How can move the tool bars to change or order, or even maybe put 2 short toll bars together on one line?
This happened
Every time Firefox opened

I have the same problem, I'd like to move my norton tool bar up with the book mark tool bar
