cannot connect email
I have just set up an email account using GoDaddy hosting and I am trying to use Thunderbird to connect as the email client. These are the settings from GoDaddy: I can log into the email using webmail but not with Thunderbird. GoDaddy has no idea what the problem is.

Username: [email protected] Password: Use the email account’s password. Incoming Server: a2plcpnl0807.prod.iad2.secureserver.net •IMAP Port: 993 •POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: a2plcpnl0807.prod.iad2.secureserver.net •SMTP Port: 465
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

Please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the Copy text to clipboard button and paste the information into your reply.
