first step check that the first page will not http://www.rujkc.com/u_11997.html, be sure that it hasn't istall any programs or add-on, scan your pc with an antiviruses suite for this i reccomend i free tool http://security.symantec.com/nbrt/npe.aspx after if no infections will be detected unistall complitely firefox clean the registry and reboot the system. Probably there is a programs that has set to you a fake for first page.
Update your Firefox to the lastest verision! http://www.mozilla.org/it/firefox/fx/
Try to use the SearchReset extension to reset some preferences to the default values.
Note that the SearchReset extension only runs once and then uninstalls automatically, so it won't show on the "Firefox > Add-ons" page (about:addons).
Try to reset prefs on the about:config page that refer to rujkc.
- Open the about:config page via the location bar and do a search for rujkc via the Search bar at the top of the about:config page.
- Reset all rujkc related prefs that appear bold (user set) via the right-click context menu to their default values.
If you do not keep changes after a restart then see:
I couldn't find rujkc on about:config page..... I search it one more time. but no result found.
I am using Microsoft Security Essential and Eset Smart Security 6
Error you have 2 security suites and they are going in confilct if you have 2 antiviruses software they can't work correctly.... i suggest to unistall one of the suites.... Don't warry aboout NPE(norton power eraser) it's a tool that work anyways if you have an antivirus... it do not cause damage.
Thank you @ami94 for your kind replay. Actually I am using eset smart security but when I see this problem I search it on microsoft solution they suggest me to install microsoft security but It was not work for me. According to your suggestion I already removed one but problem is still there. One more thing is I saw This same problem in one of my friends pc.....
