scrolling in safe mode works, but not when disabling all addons
my scroll wheel stopped working on firefox, so i launched in safe mode and my scroll wheel was perfectly fine so i disabled all of my addons but it still doesn't work

This is something that we are aware of and have communicated to the developer of X-Mouse Button Control. They are currently testing a solution to this and we hope they can make it more widely available soon.
