Why can I no longer receive emails from best friend at [email protected]?
I have always received emails from best friend at [email protected] until three or four months ago and have been unable to find the cause. He can receive my emails at [email protected] but cannot respond or send new emails to me. His wife, [email protected], at same location, different computer, can both receive and respond to my emails plus send new emails. As is obvious, all three use att.net. Please respond and correct at earliest if possible. James Warren

If you log into your account at your providers webmail page are the missing messages in your Inbox? If not Thunderbird cannot download them.
I have received messages from [email protected] for years when I just stopped receiving altho he was still sending.
