Autofill quit working on my website abt 09-01-2013. It remembered previous entries but not new one's and the previous entries showed up 2X on the autofill menu.
I checked and I'm set to: Firefox will remember history, Not: always using pvt mode, Not: clearing history when i close browser session, restarted in safe mode.. I manually cleared history and reset Firefox and now It only remembers the 1st thing you type in and nothing more. Running Windows XP Pro and another PC with same problem is running W7. This has been working great for years and suddenly stopped. TNX

hello scott, this is a known bug that will be addressed in the upcoming version of firefox. in the meanwhile you could try running firefox beta which already contains the fix: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/beta/

Well it worked for a while but then it quit on me again. Not sure how to proceed.
- Bug 896142 - Drop-down list of form offers the same item twice
- Bug 915500 - Firefox form history shows some items twice

You can try to use the SQLite Manager extension in Firefox to inspect the formhistory database file.
