Could you try starting Firefox in its Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions, the JavaScript compilers, and some other advanced features of Firefox. More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

If Firefox is not running: Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset).

If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:

• "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
• Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

Not all add-ons are disabled: Flash and other plugins still run

I did what you said, but I still have the same problem. It keeps crashing :(

This is DaveC. Su1974, I would highly recommend that you check your computer for viruses via Malwarebytes and your Anti-virus programs. Please make sure you update these programs before use. A lot of times, there could be a computer virus or some other malicious program that could be causing the constant crashing of Firefox. If that doesn't work, then try updating your system software. You might also try starting Firefox in safe mode. Here's a link to follow that will show you the steps:
