My firefox is always slow. I have been on here and got the refresh firefox thing. I have refresh the browser 4 times. Still drags.
Getting ready to leave firefox is someone can't figure this out. Firefox is always slow and it tells me it is slow. I have refreshed it 4 times already and it does not work...still drags.

Well as usual no help here. Thanks anyway. Bye.
We do not live here.
Hi,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
If you need to file a bug report or feature request for Firefox and other Mozilla products, see File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Not going to happen. I know you are volunteers and a lot smarter than I but I am not a geek. I cannot jump through hoops. When I do something it always ends badly. Lost all the photos I had on my computer that way. So if there is no easy way I will have to make up my mind if I want to live with it and all the yellow line "stop scrips" I get. Or go to another browser. They all seem to work really well while you are new and the they all go down hill. I always like Firefox the best but not this time. Thank you for answering me. God bless you for your patience in helping people. I can type and do first grader stuff but that's it.
Judy.

Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes), any userChrome.css/userContent.css files, and some other advanced features to help you assess whether these are causing the problem. If the problem goes away, that tells us one thing. If it does not, that tells us something else.
