I've had tried changing my Font to (Georgia Italic) with a large print, but each time I write a new message, I have to hit the little box ( A) in order for it to give me the exact italic font I would like. Is there another method I can use to keep the Georgia Italic font on every email I send or write?

Thank you, AZKidka

If you choose to use a specific font, the reciever needs to have the same font or it will be substituted. Mails does not include a font, it just suggest what to use, if available. It also just suggest a relative size.

Its up to the receiver to determine if he wants (and can) use the recommendations

under options/composition/general you can choose Georgia but not Georgia Italic. Italic like bold and underline are subsets in the font.

Use the Toggle keys: ctrl+i for italic ctrl+b for bold ctrl+u for underline
