After yesterdays update I always get "Tab crashed" when I want to start in a new tab when i try to open gmx.net or any other url. How to set back Firefox? I need to open Tabs! And "reopen" does not effect anything.

Installed newest version of Windows 11 and now no tabs will load on browser and all show as crashed. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, refreshed and tried all I could and no changes. Would love any help.

I have been using credit card detail autofill for several years, using my Microsoft password. Suddenly, possibly since January 1st 2025, this feature doesn't work any more! The usual pop up asks me to choose a credit card; I do this and then enter my password and press Enter or Continue. After that nothing happens. The credit card number is not filled in for me and the same happens if I try to add the Expiry Date. Please can you see what may have changed either in my settings or elsewhere? Many thanks. So, since the beginning of this year I noticed some difference, maybe it's not coming for you but I wanted to be sure.

First when I'm cheking my bank account, it always suggested the number of it but not anymore, I tried to change some settings but things didn't change. Maybe it's a new security form my bank but I wanted to ask you first.

Secondly, I noticed some bug while I'm using facebook and youtube, when it's like two videos at the same time, both are freezing but the sound continue normally and after some time it comes back to normal.

Tabs are continually crashing and getting worse. It happening on all sites eg. email, Facebook and general surfing. I've done Firefox updates and has not fixed the problem. I've always preferred Firefox as my search engine. I am in a situation where I'm going have to change search engine. Please fix the problem. Thanks

I suppose you run some sort of volume test before a release. Each crash appeared to start another (or more) task(s). There was a sitting (quiet) connection to ChatGPT, and i went to open another tab, which never came up without a crash. I sent several reports, each of which appeared to cause another crash. So i think it isn't volume as such but diversity of use cases which involve two-way open dialogue as with Google or Chat, and opening another tab.. GLWT.

I uploaded some videos to my website (burchmusic.com). They can be played on Safari, but not on Firefox. This is the error message I get: No video with supported format and MIME type found. I'm on MacBookPro running OS Sequoia 15.2.

Recently purchased M4 Mac Mini and experiencing problems with using firefox web browser to watch movies on Netflix and Youtube; movies get glitchy and choppy from the moment streaming starts. However, audio is fine playing in the background. This problem only occurs while watching movies, no problems with other video contents such as youtube shorts. I have reinstalled Firefox browser a few times to no avail. I have also tried other things such as turning off VPN, removed cookies and review other settings as well as switching between wifi and Cat5 none of which seem to fix the issue.

I recently got a second monitor and I'm experiencing annoying flickering whenever I'm watching a video. It doesn't matter if the video is on my primary or secondary display. They're both the same resolution (1440p), but my main monitor is 165hz while the second is 60hz.

I've read online that disabling hardware acceleration and then re enabling it fixes this. This temporarily works for me and the artifacts disappear. But whenever I restart my PC, the issue returns and I have to disable and re enable hardware acceleration every time. How do I fix this permanently??

I contact you because I would like to connect to another account for sync in another Firefox profile, but I forgot my password. I already tried "forgot password", but I need the primary address from my account, that I forgot (And maybe I doesn't have it anymore...). But I have a secondary address that I added in my account in gmail, when I try to connect with this one, I'm redirected to the next step in the login process, and when I want to reset my password, I need my primary email, that I don't have it anymore. Then, I suppose my gmail address should be a secondary address in my account, is it possible to reset my password by sending my the code to this address ? Can you put my gmail address as my primary address ? My actual primary address for this account can be an address with protonmail (@protonmail.com/@proton.me/@pm.ne), but I don't have access anymore to these ones...

I have used Firefox for more years than I care to remember, but at the moment I'm forced to use Safari, which is OK but missing several vital features for me like translating Greek web pages!

The problem I have is this:- Whenever My M2 macbook Air running Sonoma 14.7.2 goes to sleep and wake it the screen is flickering and needs a hard restart. After lots of trial and error it appears to be something to do with Firefox version 133.0.3 (aarch64) as it only happens when I leave Firefox running.

I have run the Apple offline diagnostics multiple times immediately after the crash but I never get any reported errors. Interestingly I get no dialog from Apple that my Mac has crashed or needed to be restarted

I have restarted my Mac into safe mode, same problem

I have refreshed Firefox several times, same problem

Any help woulld be much appreciated!

For about the last 2 monthes, Firefox crashes regularly, with this message in a pop-up box:

Firefox Crash Reporter Firefox had a problem and crashed. Unfortunately, the crash reporter is unable to submit a report for this crash. Details: missing field 'include_url' at line 3 column 1

Afterwards, I can re-launch Firefox and resume activities.

Yesterday I downloaded the most recent version of Firefox. Since then, I can't open any new tabs. It won't load anything. Please assist soonest.

Очень удобно... Если честно, то вы- пидарасы... Перед открытием браузера, после обновления, вы выкладываете вкладку об обновлении версии... Вы обязаны выкладывать ссылку на восстановление ранее открытых вкладок. Суки! Восстановите мои, ранее открытые вкладки!!

I clicked on an 'update Firefox' button today and went through an update process. Now I am not able to open any of my tabs and get a "Gah, your tab just crashed" message, and the 'restore all crashed tabs' button does not help. Please assist. I can be reached at [email protected].
